Refund policy

Unused credits

Ask within 30 days of a purchase and any credits still unspent from it are refunded in full, to the card you paid with. You do not have to explain why. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Partly used packs are refunded pro rata: if you bought ten thousand credits and spent two thousand, eight thousand come back. Your ledger at GET /v1/usage shows exactly what was spent and on what, so there is nothing to argue about.

Credits already spent

Spent credits are not normally refundable — the work was done and it cost us real money to do. Two exceptions, and both are on us to honour:

• We charged you for our own failure. A request that errors should never be billed. If one was, say so and it is credited back. This has happened before, was found and fixed, and the ledger is the proof either way.
• The result was clearly not what the service claims to deliver — for example rows returned as empty for a site the service reported as supported. Tell us what you asked for and what came back.

Where a site simply blocks automated visitors, or returns nothing because it publishes nothing to return, the service says so before charging you for rows. That is not a fault, and detection is free precisely so you can check first.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because credits are usable immediately, you may be asked to confirm at checkout that the service starts at once. The 30-day policy above is deliberately more generous than the statutory minimum, and asking under it is simpler.

Nothing on this page limits rights you have that cannot be waived by agreement.

Chargebacks

Please email before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs both of us a fee and takes weeks; a refund takes one message and no fee. There is no situation in which asking directly gets you a worse outcome.

How to ask

Email fedordyatlov@outlook.com with your key id — the short identifier shown when the key was created, also returned by GET /v1/usage. Do not send the key itself; the id is enough to find the account, and the key is a secret you should keep.

Refunds are handled personally, so expect a reply within a few days rather than within minutes.
